Create a Slack app at api.slack.com/apps → From scratch.
Incoming Webhooks → activate → Add New Webhook to Workspace → pick a channel → copy the hooks.slack.com URL.

How to get these values

Create an API token at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens.
Use the email of the Atlassian account that owns the token.
The project key is the prefix of your issue numbers (e.g. OPS for OPS-123).
